Caitlin Phillips-Peddlesden

Caitlin is a circular economy (CE) leader, who supports the circular innovation ecosystem as a trainer, facilitator and strategic convenor. Caitlin has experience in program design and management, partnerships, and facilitating co-designed and locally-led planning, implementation, reporting, and evaluation processes. Caitlin came to CE via the NFP sector, and now leads RMIT Activator’s circular economy programs, helping catalyse the growth and scale of the circular entrepreneurial community across Victoria.

RMIT Activator is a dynamic platform designed to support students in transforming their innovative ideas into real-world solutions. It offers a range of programs, workshops, and resources aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and developing practical skills. Through mentorship, networking opportunities, and access to industry experts, Activator empowers students to explore and refine their business concepts, encouraging them to engage in projects that have a positive social and environmental impact. The platform focuses on nurturing entrepreneurial talent and providing the tools needed to turn creative ideas into successful ventures.
