Volunteers

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Zero Waste Victoria. The Zero Waste Festival will be held on Saturday 12th September, 2026 at Fed Square and the main program will run from 10am-4pm, followed by the all-important Networking event. For more info about the festival, please check out our website

Volunteers help across roles such as set-up (9am-11am), ushering, and the running of activities (10am-4pm) and the all important pack down (4pm to 7pm).

You don’t need to be “zero waste” or have any experience – if you’re keen to help and can commit to a minimum of 3 hours, then we’d love for you to join us.
You’re all welcomed to be part of a community who is striving to make a meaningful difference!

We’re so excited about this year’s program and we hope you’ll be part of the team helping to realise our vision. Please fill out the form and someone will be in touch shortly! Thanks for your consideration.
