Marty is currently Vice President of Circular Economy Victoria (CEV) and has formal qualifications in Marketing, Entrepreneurship and innovation, Applied Finance, and Innovation for Sustainability.
After being inspired by War on Waste, Marty realigned his skills to tackle ever-growing issue of single-use waste, designing a 100% circular economy process and system to eliminate the need for single-use paper cups, and co-founding TCX | The Cup Exchange.
Marty has continued his passion in enabling ‘business for good’ through a circular lens, having founded Circulise – a circular economy training and upskilling company dedicated to empowering business leaders to confidently move the dial of their organisation, by leveraging the principles of the circular economy and the power of AI to drive superior and sustainable value-adding business practices.
